First Invest property at a stand still

I bought a condo in downtown Hollywood , Florida a year ago with the intention of making it a short STR unfortunately the rehab phase is almost impossible since I can't get dependable contractors to do the work. That being said the condo has been sitting vacant and draining my bank account. Advice???

sell it as is, or find the contractors you need.
