Which kinda threw me off and made me feel guilty, then I remembered I did absolutely nothing wrong I was just the consumer stuck in the middle.I'll have to see if I get my money back from the 3rd party, I filed a claim yesterday.Oh well, it was good while it lasted.

I would opt for a single family or multi-housing deal because condos come with headaches - HOA fees, restrictions on using your unit as a rental, and other things you have little control over.

Combine that with the fact that younger consumers are spending less on retail purchases and more on things like travel, and eating out.The vacancy, home owner rates, tell me it is a good time to be a real estate investor.The DOW plunging tells me maybe I should consider buying the dip....and I am in fact adding energy stocks and mlp's.
