I've come across private money coaching courses from people like Ron Legrand, Jay Connor, etc.

It seems like my coach is more or less setting the stage for an eviction.

And when I bought the "combo" I was supposed to get six private coaching sessions. 

Also I just started doing 30 minute coaching calls.

There are also some great coaches and learning material should you want to eventually do this on your own in a more "active" role on smaller apts or syndication w/larger apts.

Between BP, youtube, google, local REI and maybe a short-term coach to get things going is all any of us really need.i am sure there are those who got a mentor and everything worked out.
