I’m Hiring a Coach

I want to pay someone with experience in Lease Options/rent to own to help me analyze a few deals.
I have an idea of how to do this already because of the extensive information online, but I would like someone with prior experience to go over it with me via a teams or zoom meeting.
I just want to pick your brain and watch your brain run numbers on a couple of deals to see how you would structure the deal and why.
Also, if you know any strategies to push lease options that would be cool too.

I’ll pay $250 for an hour of your time. If we go over, I will prorate it. Thank you.

P.S. I already have four long term rentals that cash flow. So I am not a super noob. Just a noob to lease options. I want to get involved with at least options for the potential of higher, cash flow, upfront, larger, upfront deposit, and larger sales price.
