Houston REIA/Wholesaler Suggestions
HI All,
As a newbie in Houston and after reading/listening to a lot of content it has become abundantly clear that I should check out a REIA. That being said, Houston has several of them. A colleague of mine recommended RICH, Lifestyles, or The Wealth Club.
Has anyone here been involved with any of these groups? Currently I am interested primarily in rehab and flip and buy and hold (sfr/multiplex residential).
Also does anyone know of any wholesalers in Houston they would recommend getting to know?
Thanks in advance!

There are several groups and each has a different personality. I would visit RICH, Houston REIA, Wealth Club, and Lifestyles, and see which one appeals to you most. They all have free meetings for first-timers.
Of course, some people like to go to all of them. You'll start seeing familiar faces if you make the rounds.
