I don't like Diana Olick, all her articles are tinged with negativity regarding the housing market.  

I am very happy to be a part of this community and look forward to growing as a realtor and investor with the help podcasts, articles, and helpful input.  

But maybe the wealth should come from the wealth we can work to create together :) I'm working on the blog.

Since then I am regularly reading forums/blogs and networking with investors/providers. 

I remember a thread or blog post or something on here where someone was listing all the things they do in their rentals as preventative maintenance but I can't findit now!
