She filed for chapter 13 to prevent foreclosure last Summer, and we are in the process of undoing the bankruptcy.- She is signing up for a home loan modification in this week and we are planning to dismiss the bankruptcy in 1-2 weeks.- There were no financial issues prior and technically we are still solid.- She has a 620 credit score as a result and may be slightly lower.
