Hello, I am newbie looking to start my investing journey with a rental property in Scottsdale/Phoenix/Tempe/Mesa, Arizona. My agent and I have been looking at the MLS for a couple months but haven't seen anything we want to make a move on. I am looking to purchase a single or multi family property through FHA financing.
