I've tried to eat before going to a restaurant to save money... but what ends up happening is I buy food at the restaurant because it smells so damn good, and end up bloated as hell on the couch afterwords, because I ate 2 meals lol.

However, we still get an occasional cold snap, but houses are built for that.

Many of my clients have a goal to obtain a beach house in Florida as an investment or second home and only want STR because they want to use it occasionally or possibly move into at retirement age, etc.2.

IN our markets we aim for 15% net profit.. so a 500k new build about 75k in NET profit minus office expenses .. many times its 8 to 10 and occasionally we hit 20% or better but thats not common..  

Occasionally, it runs higher than FMV and if it does I would appeal the assessment.

I’ll listen to guys occasionally and read in the down season (whenever I can find it), but I don’t listen to Cardone but only on rare occasions.

I'm looking into purchasing a STR beach house on the Jersey Shore that I can use occasionally and rent at least enough to cover the mortgage.

The magic of this banter is only surpassed by the occasional serious comments on what to do with it.

I'll be a second voice to suggest ignoring the tariffs for the bloated MS Office and download a copy of OpenOffice (OpenOffice.org).  

Purchase prices have gone up a lot in the last year, but there is still room to make $$ and an occasional bargain to be found.Be sure you know if you are within city limits or not.
