It will take a fair amount of effort and time to do this, but it will give you a very clear idea of how the HML side of your business functions and you will get some interesting proposals.

It takes effort and dedication, but the rewards can be great if done properly!

How would they be compensated for their time and effort?

Worse case the closing doesn't happen and they have it leased with no effort?

They are making a solid effort to be bring in niche business and restaurants and working to increase activities around the water.

If you're not actually going to pay the rent either then all you're doing is collaborating with a non-paying tenant in an effort to allow them to live rent free.let me not sideline my own post and create another one specifically to discuss this erap program.

If you are expecting this knowledge to be free, please stop thinking in terms of “The lottery mindset” where no effort or extremely tiny effort is needed to achieve a huge return.
