Bay City, MI outlook?
Hi everyone - I’m new to this site but looking to make some connections and bounce ideas around. I grew up in the tri-city area and returned during the pandemic to Midland MI. I’ve spent some time in Bay City recently and am so impressed with both downtown and uptown. Anyone have any thoughts? I’ve seen some potential rental properties close to uptown but it’s still so sketchy just a few blocks off the river. Do you see this area continuing to be built up?
