Think Tempe area for college housing, Scottsdale for retirees.

Close to colleges, hospitals, shopping, great schools, etc.Lately, we've been throwing around the idea of creating/building an accessory unit/small cottage on our land and renting it out like a regular rental.

Really tragic, he was in his early 20s, a college kid and one of the kindest humans you would ever have met.  

The First: Is a newly remodeled duplex walking distance from the college campus.

Now she is graduating from college and entering adult life in another city, getting her first full time job in her field, etc. 

I recently purchased a house with 5 tenants in a college town.

Are you planning to seek college tenants and if so have you taken into account the summer vacancy and frequent turnover?

I have a fairly established rehabbing/wholesaling business (done about 115 deals since 2010), and am considering bringing on my best friend from college into the business with me to help me scale and start a Brokerage business.

I moved here with family from overseas back in 1999 and finished high school and college here in Houston.
