STR off the table.Is there a way or has anyone heard of a structure where there is an ownership group that efficiently creates a time share on a property? 

.- Scatter site is a defensive asset offering a lot of optionality.- Market conditions are challenging for scatter site hold unless you are underwriting a 10-year hold.- Setting up operations for SFR from scratch is very difficult.- One investor is buying at cap rates in 5s or 6s.

That leaves 3 bedrooms with one shared bathroom and a .5 bath for everyone.

If I understand correctly, there are 2 properties on 1 lot sharing utilities because there's only 1 meter.
