Moving on, these memories stuck with me and recently Jess and I were approached by a network marketing individual who gave us a book, “The Business of the 21st Century” by Robert Kiyosaki.

It's the networking part that I'm most curious about.

Their real value as I see it is their likely buyers list, funding sources, and networking capabilities.

I would also like to network with people on the site so I can learn from some seasoned investors as well as partner on deals in the future once I have done a few investments myself. 

In terms of investing with low money down, you have to start networking to find other investors that would be willing to put money in with you to cover the down-payment and closing costs.

@Alexander Reed I'd recommend going to your local REIA networking meetings.

Later that year, I attempted finding deals through a realtor friend on the MLS to fix and flip, and ultimately decided it was not the right time to be flipping, but in reality I just was undereducated and underprepared on how to find deals and the possibilities of different types of deals.I'm going to work on networking with cash buyers and build my first marketing campaign and get some deals under contract!  

Brandon Kreig runs it, they cover a different topic each week, but there is also time for networking!
