Hey everybody! I'm so glad to be a part of this community and knowledge base. I was referred to this site by a local investor and friend of mine, and the value of what this site has available to us is truly incredible. I've been researching and learning REI and feel ready to put together some marketing and start working towards making deals happen.

A little about myself; I'm currently employed full time as a GM of my family's small family entertainment business with two locations. Growing up, my father fixed and flipped probably 10-12 houses over the course of 3-4 years doing almost all the labor himself. I took a small local course in real estate back in 2014. Later that year, I attempted finding deals through a realtor friend on the MLS to fix and flip, and ultimately decided it was not the right time to be flipping, but in reality I just was undereducated and underprepared on how to find deals and the possibilities of different types of deals.

I'm going to work on networking with cash buyers and build my first marketing campaign and get some deals under contract!  My plan is to focus on wholesaling and the occasional fix and flip to start and then open it up to holding some properties for cash flow.
