We might be scrapping the entire influence and awards system and could rebuild them from scratch; it seems that our current system uses a model of thinking that just doesn't accurately reflect anything but who is active on the system and who has best figured out how to gain points.

Depends on your business model but for buy and hold ... would go with 30 years because I could get more properties leveraged.
