I'd be willing to move a lot more money over if we were going to be using their lending services.We have been using Fortera but their online system is TERRIBLE, especially for trying to transfer money to and from our Ally accounts. 

I ended up going with State Farm (many insurers wouldn't even quote me since the house is near water, yet not in a flood zone).

Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

What did you do with the meters for power and water?

Will you be passing on the water bill to the tenant?

Edit: The AC/water heater do work, but most likely will need to be surfaced.

The scope of work includes new kitchens, new baths, flooring, paint, and repairing water damage/burst pipes. 

However, repairing the siding on the house almost blew our budget out of the water because of how bad it was.
