Hi everyone. I am just joining this community and am looking forward to exploring all of the resources avaliable. I am probably a 1 at least from getting started on my first investment (paying down the last of my student loans) but I figured this year would be a great time to start learning. I would appreciate any advice pointing me to your favorite articles, podcasts, or discussions regarding getting started especially anything focused on the Houston or San Antonio markets.
