Save up some money and buy within your means of projected risks.

Austell is definitely a great area to start looking to invest in.

I still use it today and might start using it again for my main CRM.Admittedly though, it's a bit clunky for a CRM and could be a lot smoother.I will be re-pricing the direct mail value soon.

I am just looking at getting started.

This led me to starting a landscaping company because of the volume of work offered by commercial property managers. 

We have around 50k to start and we are not sure if we should use our money or should we use other peoples money as that is always what I hear about real estate investing.

I am starting to worry about the viability of my business simply relying on airbnb and VRBO.
