Looking to purchase investment property in Atlanta suburb area

Hi, I am looking to purchase some investment property in Atlanta Suburb area. Prefer area with population and job growth potential. Look for Single family house in the range of $200-$250k.  I have invested in some other area before such as Illinois. I like the fact that Atlanta area's property tax rate is low and seems there is growth potential. Based on some posts in forum, seems below areas are worth to look into such as Carersville, Rossiville, Austell. Can you see if these areas are worthwhile to invest, or recommend other surrounding areas? My goal is to have positive cash flow and do LTR.
