Some big box franchises, having to pay large franchise fees, will be by far the highest in cost.  200 to 300 percent difference in prices is normal.

I've always been interested in real estate as my dad was a general contractor for almost 30 years (I spent many a sick day, summer vacation, or earning a few extra bucks on the job site with him) and my grandfather before him built large commercial structures.

But how can I get taxed on the money I spent?

We mostly acquire existing, but we are also developing and converting big boxes. 

On the Marketplace landing page, top right hand corner, you should have a bluish colored box to Subscribe/Unsubscribe to the forum.Under Manage Keywords, is where you'll set-up the city and/or zip code and you have the option to include/exclude the Marketplace from this.
