Investing in town, putting out 5-6 deals a week!

In August, it was getting 5 showings per week until it went under contract due to close 9/19.

I am a serious buyer and looking to close within a week

This deal meets all of the metrics that I've come across in evaluating potential properties after my 1 week of investment education.

I signed on it last week and it was recorded on Friday with the understanding that the current renters would be out by "the end of the month"  I had to stop by to check a couple things out on Friday and nothing has been packed and there were no signs of people moving out.  

I hope it has to come into conclusions next week.

Im going to take a few weeks to consider my options while I save up some more money.

I will start virtual wholesaling next week.

I will be doing the footwork this week to find out what zoining regulations exists, construction limitations exist, permits needed, and most importantly what funding is available.  

A couple weeks later we ended up finding a key and asked if they wanted us to bring it in and they said to.
