Is it of the general consensus that online real estate syndication is too high fee, an alternative asset that was highly correlated to the exuberance witnessed from lots of dry-powder in 20/21/22, not something active real estate investors do, and thus likely going to tank with the downturn in the economy?

Many commercial tenants don't give this right up, but they are usually responsible for the furnaces, windows, H2O tanks, stoves, roof repairs.

The average stock investor earns around 1.5% per year because like me they sell when the market tanks.

If it really tanks, it may even be a buying opportunity to add a rental!

So long as you bring in something new outside of your own mind.Trying to change your life without bringing in any new resources is alot like putting kool aid in your gas tank everyday and wondering why your car won't move.

Over the years, on top of basic service like boiler cleaning, the company has also had to install a water system, upgrade the electrical service, reline a chimney, replace not 1, but 3 roofs & replace an oil storage tank to name a few.
