Hey everyone, is real estate crowdfunding even worth it anymore? I would love to know what sites you used, what success you had, and other information like that. It just seems like the returns are not very good.

Each deal needs to be evaluated separately, Besides rents make sure the location is in an area that's appreciated. your total return is not known until the property LLC Term is met and the property is sold.
