I think they moved recently to Spring Valley.http://www.marjan-stone.com/I prefer "absolute black" with white, shaker-style cabinets or "Santa Cecilia" or "Giallo Ornamental" with darker cabinets.

I would prefer a longer fixed and don't really like the idea of a ballon at the end, but the local banks are offering me 5.5% on a 15-20 year amortization for 7 years fixed.
