Account Closed From what I read here on the forums it is pretty rare for someone to approach a buyer about doing a lease option so if this is a strategy you are interested in I would recommend jumping on this and if the house comes with a tenant and that is the only "hurdle" associated with the deal you could be a lot worse off from my experience.
