I'll go first.Customer had me doing a remodel at a house on the water (in California) inland from the ocean, everyone has a boat dock, etc.

I do agree that it is better to go with a local vs a national company due to the service aspect of things.This was out of the blue for me and will be something I can use as a learning experience to help me on my real estate investing journey.

That’s why Asheville glamping puts a blue slide in each of its Dome homes, and that’s why the Potato home does so well.

This is the same for smaller cabin markets like Blue Ridge where you can already see price drops on types of cabins that were being bid up way over list merely 3 months ago. 

I would recommend looking in Monmouth or Ocean counties as the taxes are much lower and your money goes further with regards to square footage and property size.
