Would you use this service if you had access to it?

If you were a contractor or a real estate agent or a property investor or a landlord etc in the state of Minnesota, would you use the service of a junk removal company on a contract basis if that company was able to work within your budget and get projects completed on time?

How often do you really need that service?  Sure, we have to clean out a unit here or there… but an on-going contract?  Never had a need for such a thing!
Why wouldn’t you just call the company when needed (once in a blue moon)?

if you have 200 units and constant turnover I suppose there might be a more continuous need… but if you are a smaller operator I wouldn’t think it would be warranted
