Many suggests cold calling, door knocking, and farming your base etc but after listening to numerous podcasts I'm hearing that door knocking and the "beggar" approach isn't necessary with proper marketing but that's where they left you hanging.

Hi Mathew hang on man, San Diego might be expensive, but is great, just make the sacrifice of living in not the greatest place or make more money, but buying in San Diego is way better investment in long run that anywhere else I can think off except perhaps a few places, but every property I ever bought feels so much safer here.
