Ran into a cabinet shortage during some renovations, so I started a cabinet company and partnered with a manufacturer with 100MIl in inventory to alleviate the cabinet supply issues for myself and my clients.

Has escrow told you the seller specifically instructed them not to release?

That ONLY implies, the manufacturers warranty against DEFECTS of their product. 

Lastly, if the system is only 1 year old, it should still be under warranty, and you could have the cost covered by the manufacturer.

But if it is an incompetence of the cleaning crew, forgetting, not following through with their tasks, not cleaning well enough, not following your instructions or making an attempt to fix it after pointing issues out,  might be a good idea to look around for someone else. 

I'd like to replace them with basic new/newer homes, either manufactured, prefab or whatever. 

I know the manufacturers do not recommend this, but I was wondering if anyone has done this and did it work out well for you? 

I have called the manufacturer and they don't sell just the two doors alone.

Recently I was introduced to manufactured homes.

Seller and agent let our agreement expire- then instructed listing agent to increase the price and remove all sellers conditions- all of which are doable.
