We have a unique mix of factors currently affecting the market: inflation, rates, covid recovery, supply constraints, among others.

Given this, what asset classes are you investing in right now?

Forcing appreciation on developing land and creating an STR. I'm keeping enough liquidity and investing my leftover capitol into real estate. Ran into a cabinet shortage during some renovations, so I started a cabinet company and partnered with a manufacturer with 100MIl in inventory to alleviate the cabinet supply issues for myself and my clients. We've diversified our portfolio into cabinet business, project management business, then in real estate: LTR, MTR, and soon to be STR. Anyone needing project management in CO, or cabinets shoot me a message!
