This means I paid a little bit more for my membership in order to have a display booth at the networking events, along with the option to speak formally at those events.I took the wholesaling class that REIA offered last October and I have to say that it was an excellent use of my time and money.

I guess file the complaint for unlawful ejection if the squatter ends up staying once closing occurs. 

In that event, you are dealing with a lot of dead equity.If you go with distressed properties in good locations, your appreciation can be significant. 

I only mail to absentee owners with an event and my message is a soft sale.  

And then I make it a goal to attend 4 networking events a month.  

Though new, I have been jumping in with both feet, reading, listening to the podcasts, going to REI events and reaching out to investors who are close to me.

If you are serious about finding a good mentor, not a guru who will take your $, then get out to networking events and meet the successful investors.
