It allows me to quickly file all my receipts by category and project and generate expense reports easily.I've heard (from the company) that BuilderTrend has some robust functionality in this area that is specifically designed for contractors and builders, and could be worth an investigation if you find that a more generic expensing setup doesn't suffice.

Tell him to take you to court, he has to hire a lawyer if he has a company and that will cost him money that he cannot get back because without a contract he likely doesn't have a way to recover attorney's fees.

You can also expect the buyer to sue you for specific performance (court order to complete the sale) along with any damages like alternative housing, storage of his household goods, additional moving costs, etc.Unless there's something you're not telling us, it sounds like the broker did his job and got you an offer you accepted.

@Jay Helms Expect some possible missed rents from some affordable housing properties, especially with certain evictions being on a 30 day hiatus for the courts(NC), however getting ahead and vocalizing to tenants benefits to paying rent on time will be key.
