I was wondering if wholesalers in Orlando have seen a slow down in responses from their marketing, particularly in the 2nd quarter.

Hey BP, I think I might of missed out on a nice wholesale deal because I was to slow on estimating the repair costs.

Also ....avoid people who have had problems with previous apartment managers- there is a reason they have problems - managers don't go around looking for trouble, so if they were having issues there is a good chance that they either  pay slow or complain a lot. 

The market:  Omaha has been in a total seller's market for the last couple of years, and this past winter, in which the cold weather typically slows sales down until spring, it remained hot, setting up for a crazy spring.  

I going to try the zoning myself but am looking for a contractor/architect who can help with drawing plans for the rehab.  

He has about 30 more of these archived that I'm slowing going through. 

I have roughly $40K in my 401K, of which half I can withdraw for construction.

He said no slow draining was mentioned in August walk-through.

I’ve been looking at the Kelowna market for a while now and in the last couple of months it’s slowed down a lot, I think it’s coming off of the high a little.
