In my experience, if a company is properly divided by departments and is not 2 guys trying to play orchestra man, then it may become a blessing.

I’ve been reading through the zoning ordinances for the property and I’m hoping to talk to someone in the County’s zoning department tomorrow.

I currently work for a State Government Department in Law Enforcement (Ohio) and have done so for the past 5 years.

Price seems reasonable but I’d ask a few more questions about the location or even call the local building department to verify.

Apparently the City of New York (she wasn't clear on what department) asks her every year if she has a property manager.

It can be subdivided to add another 1-2 new construction homes on it, per the county planning department, but I still want to research this to understand it more clearly.The owner said he wants to be "free of this headache," but I'm not quite sure it's a bad enough migraine for him at this time.

@Michael Junior look up the property in your county tax records or with department that provides property information, see if the property is still owned by a person or if it is owned by a bank.
