Need to Build a team quickly -Help

Hello BiggerPockets family, My partner and I have a property under contract which we are considering developing. I’ve been reading through the zoning ordinances for the property and I’m hoping to talk to someone in the County’s zoning department tomorrow. Just to clarify a few questions I have. We are looking to form a team, one specifically familiar with Cobb County. We are in need of an architect, Attorney, and builder. This is the first time we are taking on a project of this size. The property is located In Unincorporated Cobb County. There is a total of 7.6 acres zoned both commercial and residential. In my search for professionals to join our team, does anyone have any advice around the vetting process? I don’t just want to hire someone for this project, I am looking to build a team which I hope turns into a long term working relationship. I will be conducting interviews all this week.
