If he/she is over ruled by the machine at HQ that is how it will go.

It's virtually impossible that I would ever do anything to bring my level of negligence in a court of law to something that would exceed my insurance limits. 

I virtually always agree with Jay/  In this case not only do I share his commercial property concern, but I also am concerned about the 4 apartments that average $600/month rent. 

-find a local REIA meet-up (many are virtual these days)-sign up for creditkarma and monitor and improve your credit.

There's plenty of meet-ups in the Southern NH area, which are currently meeting virtually, but it's a great place to meet and network with other NH investors. 

So, in the meantime, attend virtual meet ups, be active on the forum here, listen to podcasts.

I would enjoy joining you in a cup of virtual coffee and chat about the Toledo market.
