Hi Everyone,

My name is Frank, I'm a rental property investor based in Boston. I currently own 2 rental condos, plus I'm house-hacking a multi-family home, all in the Boston area. I'm looking to sell the two condos and do a 1031 exchange into a 6-12 unit apartment building. I'm open to long-distance investing and I'm in the process of deciding which market is best. I'm eager to network with other investors and share ideas and insights.

@Kyle Joseph @Frank Rubino I'm in the southern NH market as well (Manchester and Concord) and am still seeing good deals. @Jessica Stevenson and her team are great to work with and have a good pipeline of on/off market properties and a great understanding of local neighborhood dynamics.
