Networking: Des Moines, IA and Overland Park, KS

Posted

Hi, I am a 22 year old recent college graduate excited to start in real estate investing! I am a quick learner, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and good work ethic. My areas of interest are Overland Park, KS and Des Moines, IA and surrounding areas (where I work and where I grew up, respectively). It's crazy out there right now but I figure it is a great time to start making connections and learning my markets:

Do you have recommendations for virtual real estate meet-ups or how I should be making connections in my areas of interest?

Also, I would greatly appreciate any info you have on what works and what does not in these areas.

Thank you for your help!
