The license would only be given to those who met qualifications, training and experience with testing required, that would put most gurus out of business, if not all.

The pricing is higher, but they close.Watch the prepayment penalties if you plan on selling anytime soon  Also, understand that your total payment, principle, taxes, interest and insurance AND homeowner's association dues get put up against the rent for qualification. 

We have seen where folks who create part time self-employment simply for the purposes of qualification to a Solo 401k find themselves in a pickle down the road, either too busy to live or in a situation where they no longer really qualify for the Solo 401k.The only significant advantage of the Solo 401k would be the elimination of UDFI taxation on mortgaged property investments.

There are obviously some qualifications, etc.  

This has been working great for me for some time now, our "Online Showing Request" form first shows the "minimal qualifications" followed by a few questions, this very quickly allows me to focus on the prospects I should talk to and avoid the ones I shouldn't be talking to.
