I have heard that sometimes it helps with lenders that you already have experience in the industry.Spending weeks and months at a time on a constantly moving truck takes its toll physically and mentally. 

For example with an investment based Realtor, property manager, and contractor you should be able to seamlessly invest in property, and you get the added value of making sure that your product is still holding to a quality standard along with being able to see your property and replace team members more easily as well if need be.  

(everyone I have talking 70ltv on a 30 year fixed conventional product with rates about 4.25 paying points.  

But when all the record indicate something different than the actual physical condition you need to figure out why.

Im a newer agent and I have like 4 deals in the works 2 listings and 2 buyers but I have trouble filling my days with productive work.
