Wow Becky, that's a lot--Maybe way to much for a short term goal.You don't want to end up worse off than you are now--which could happen if things don't go as you planned them.Maybe tackling the big dog on the playing field first and then revisit the other stuff a little later.The Big Dog being Domestic Violence...you were not put on this Earth to be his Punching Bag whenever he is having a bad day.Maybe you can get him to go to Domestic Violence counseling.If you split up, you can together with the courts help decide about the house, pets, kids, visitation for both of you, and child support payments, and possibly spousal support payments.
