The subject property is inthe city core and all properties within at least a 3 mile radius Iwould assume have city water and sewer services.The subject property is a class Aproperty built in the early 2000's in mint condition withnational tenants and good leases with at least 5 years left on them.The property is in a medium size city (100k+ population) and is one ofthe nicest properties of the downtown core for both location andparking ability.Thesubject property tested for low levelsof Trichloroethylene.
