Just 50 miles East and it's beautiful weather.

I I have a rental in South East Minneapolis but I play softball at Bossen fields and that's a pretty poor neighborhood with a lot of problems.

There is nothing available for over 50 miles in all directions.  

It's 4 miles from the lake though so I may make it into an RV park instead. 

Gotha is only about two square miles but has an estimated median household income of $101,864.

I definitely can not find enough comps within a sq mile or two to rely on.

Is it unreasonable to buy something 1000 miles from where I live and have a property mgmt company handle the day to day?
