Just to give an idea one of my residential agent friends listed a house here recently for 2,400 sq ft for 650,000.

Each Province has their own foreclosed listings as well as various banks.  

Listing the pros and cons of the softwares you currently use would be helpful, too. 

When you talk to your attorney on this, discuss the error by the appraiser.
