Many times lawsuits against the individual officers of any entity will be dismissed unless the attorney plans to (and usually has some legit evidence of) prove personal negligence that would void any protection of the entity or the liability insurance.And it may have already been stated in this thread, but if they can prove negligence, no insurance will cover you and no entity will protect your personal assets.

No Realtor worth their salt is going to show you more than 1 house without a legit full doc financing letter, so there's that...

No legit seller has a problem with it taking 2-3weeks for this.

A few years ago we'd get that question every so often from people that legit wanted to lease our unit under their business name and use it as an office or something.

Hello guy's is my first time  dealing with contractor, i been reading a-lot post on biggerpokets and one of the post the person  recommend to ask the contractor for the contractor license number, insurance and bound information to make sure is legit.

as there are very few if any actual national HML  IE they lend in all 50 states.. but here are a few that lend in a lot of states.LendinghomeLima one LendingoneVisioAnchorCivic AlohaRenovo@Ian Walsh  Lends in the Nor east  PA NJ  markets and is a legit company.Just be careful of the rampant abuse of fake advance fee scams out there.. 

She has requirements to fulfill if she is to use that as a legit excuse.
