Most likely, if he can't produce a lease (which if he isn't on the lease, he can't produce one), they will escort him off the property.

Your health is worth more than lost rent .Show your perspective new tenant photos in the meantime and do a video of the house inside and out when current one moves out so you’re covered for any future events where tenants are moving out .

You must spend your time on deal producing activities, but since you have no deals, you cant know where your time is best spent.Block some time out each day to network, to drive for dollars, marketing and 'browsing the net for properties' (whatever that means).
