I haven't been able to find many duplexes out there that make sense, but you have a great deal there.Since I'm out of state, I'm working with a few turnkey operators now, but toying with the idea of leaving my job and moving out there to invest once we build a modest savings!

Assuming the contractor is planning to provide:- Labor- Materials (including architectural shingles and similar gutter specs)- Tear off of existing roof and haul-away- Liability insurance- Workers comp insuranceThen I don't know where there can be much room for confusion on a bid.

They were toying with the idea of cutting the basement floor, replacing that portion, then near the foundation, pushing another pipe through the cracked pipe out the foundation and to the sidewalk.

There could be many different reasons for this continued success but I thought it was interesting because I always thought that incurring debt would probably be the fastest way to accumulate wealth in real estate, especially given that interest rates are at record lows.If you're in for the long haul and you have a lot of time on your hands, and most importantly, you have the means, is it a good idea to buy say a property for $150,000 cash or buy three properties with mortgages and put down $50,000 on each?
