Greetings BP,Long time listener (to the podcast), and been a member for a little bit but I haven't really been involved on the site yet.I have my degree in Music Education and will hopefully be getting a good High School Choir teacher position for the next school year.

I am 19 years old and I am dropping out of college after figuring out that I do not really need a degree in order to be successful, especially in real estate.

And Vegas is no place and no way for humans to live.So my prediction for the future is that there will be many places like Celebration, Florida, only without the same degree of rigid central planning.  

Time is what gets you past degrees of responsibility, no contract, no disclosure, no method or no strategy covers you if you were the one that devised some plan, presented it, sold it, got others involved and it ends up being some convoluted, unorthodox, uncommon or illegal activity.

I have a construction management degree so I took a lot of classes.

If you don't have kids, and are looking for a greater potential of appreciation or value-add, that area is not bad, but still has a degree of blight.

I feel that my real estate experience will be similar to some degree.

educational experience  I'll have a masters degree it commercial properties when this is all over with..

Damaged wood fronts and particle board (which is another discussion) can not be repaired to any sufficient degree.
