Moving to Baltimore Maryland

Hi BP family, I'm from Newark, NJ and will be moving to Baltimore, Maryland in the Spring. I'm looking to purchase a 2 family home to live in and rent out the other unit and to purchase more properties as an investment. Can anyone recommend a realtor in the Baltimore area that  works well with investors?  

From reading the posts I know that certain sections of Baltimore are hit and miss which I understand being from Newark, 1 block may be safe and 2 blocks over may be a war zone!  I know my backyard and I'm anxious to learn the ins and out of Baltimore!
