There are a lot of new folks on the council and they would want to look like real change makers and this would be something that could resonate.

First one started out really great and then changed management.

If I can sell it right away that is great but if it’s from the time I move into the home I have another 2 years to go and that will change my investment strategy entirely.

We thought this would be great because he already has a rapport with the current tenants and we don't want to make major changes since we will be soon increasing the rents after some capital upgrades.

And years of very low interest rates and fast rising real estate values have gotten a lot of people wanting to get into real estate.

This can definitely change from one market to the next.
